Delete your data - Ferrabelle

You can delete everything Ferrabelle holds about you at any time.

The Android app

The Android app has no account, and your data lives only on your phone. We never receive it, so there is nothing on our side to delete. To erase it:

Open Ferrabelle and tap the settings button at the top of the screen.
Scroll to Your data and tap Delete all data.
Confirm twice. Every period, log, workout, weight, pressure reading, daily report and setting on the phone is erased, and the app starts over.

Uninstalling the app also erases everything it stored on the phone. A few things live outside the app, and you control them:

Backup files you saved, for example on Google Drive, stay there until you delete them.
Android's own backup of the app, if backup is on, lives in your Google account. You can remove it in your phone's backup settings or in Google Drive under Backups.
Anything you sent with the optional AI assistant, the daily report or partner messages is held by the service you sent it to, under its own policies. If you tracked pressure, MET Norway may keep logs of the weather requests, which carry only your city's rounded position.
Your Pro purchase, if you bought it, stays in your Google Play order history, which Google manages. Google also shows us a record of the order, such as its number, date and price, which Google keeps for its own financial records and we cannot delete. Reinstalling Ferrabelle with the same Google account restores Pro.
