You can permanently delete your Ferrabelle account (operated by Cobblewright LLC) and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, including a way to request deletion without opening the app.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all data tied to it: your cycle, symptom, body, training, and temperature logs, any connected wearable data, your predictions and insights, and your profile. This cannot be undone. Your data is removed from our active systems immediately and from encrypted backups by the time those backups are next cycled (no later than six months). If you have an active Fe+ subscription, cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, since deleting the app or your account does not cancel store billing.
Option 1: delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Ferrabelle and sign in.
- Go to Account (the profile menu).
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away. You can also export your data first from the same screen.
Option 2: request deletion here
If you cannot access the app, enter the email address on your Ferrabelle account and we will delete the account and its data. We verify the request and complete deletion within 45 days, and will email you when it is done.
